New Mom Yoga Flow: Restore and RenewFitnessNew Mom Flow is a gentle yet empowering yoga series designed specifically for mothers in the first year postpartum. Often moms don’t feel ready to jump back into activity even after medically cleared- this class aims to be a bridge to safely guide you back to exercise by reconnecting with your core and regaining your strength. Postpartum phase is also emotionally sensitive so the course is designed with a trauma-informed approach. Classes include: Safe core rehabilitation through breathwork. Breath before strength. Gentle Mobility Exercises targeting neck, shoulder and upper back. Pelvic floor awareness. Nervous system regulation through breathwork and movement. Community connection with other new moms. Classes will be conducted online so you can attend them from the comfort of your home. No prior yoga experience required. Who is this class for? Mothers 6 weeks postpartum and beyond (8 weeks for C-section unless medically cleared) Up to 24 months postpartum Participants must have medical clearance from their healthcare provider.
