Handmade Pasta with Sauce
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn the time-honored art of creating pasta from scratch. Chef Mimi will teach you how to throw together the perfect pasta dough as well as how to roll and slice it into noodles. You'll also learn to make a creamy Alfredo sauce. $20 supply fee is collected by the instructor in class. Bring to-go containers to class.
