Adult Beginning Ballet: Saturdays

This class is designed for adults with little or no prior ballet experience who want to explore the fundamentals of classical ballet in a welcoming and supportive environment. Students will learn basic ballet terminology, posture, alignment, and technique through traditional barre exercises, center work, and simple combinations.
