Personal Safety & Self-Defense Workshop (Men & Women-ages 15+)
This comprehensive four-hour workshop is dedicated to providing men and women with a powerful foundation in personal safety, awareness, and self-defense skills. This is the perfect experience for family, friends, and colleagues to learn together in a supportive environment.
Workshop Highlights:
- Proactive Safety Education: We dedicate significant time to building situational awareness, setting healthy boundaries, and mastering de-escalation strategies. The discussion includes critical topics like dating safety and recognizing the warning signs of abusive or exploitative relationships.
- Essential Self-Defense Skills: Learn simple, high-impact physical techniques—specifically designed to allow you to break free from a grab and keep an attacker off you long enough to escape. These are not complex martial arts, but practical, immediate tools for defense.
- Pepper Spray Proficiency: Receive a focused lesson on the legal guidelines, carrying options, and effective, practical deployment of pepper spray as a non-lethal self-protection tool.
Walk away feeling more informed, confident, and prepared to protect yourself in any situation.
Note: Participants under 18 must have parental consent. Physical activities are limited to practical defensive movements.
