Learn How to Read Financial Statements for Business, Investing...or Fun
We will start from the beginning - no experience is needed! We will examine the 2025 financial statements of a leading MN company, learning how financial statements work, how to read them, and how to use them to understand a company and the industry in which it competes. We'll use our learnings to develop business analysis and investment insights and you'll leave the course with tangible finance skills.

Greg is the Founder and Principal of Asymmetric Research & Management, which manages a small and micro-cap U.S. stock investment fund. Greg was previously Senior Research Analyst at Granite Point Capital Management and Head of Equity Capital Markets and Senior Research Analyst at Dougherty & Company. Prior to Dougherty, Greg worked on the Strategic Planning team at Best Buy, served as an analyst on the financial services research team at Piper Jaffray, and spent the first 5 years of his career in public accounting. Greg received his BA in accounting from the University of St. Thomas and is a CPA (inactive).
