Kung Fu – Wu Shu for Self-Defense and Fitness: Instruments & Sparring
Age 8 – adult: Learn effective kicking, punching & self-defense skills to strengthen the mind & body. Concurrent enrollment in Belt class is required. This class is for students Yellow Belt and higher from the National Treasure Kung Fu program.

SiFu Al Lam,(International Master-Temple trained in China) was a Hong Kong Champion. He has over 35 years of teaching experience with youth & adults. He was the instructor of the University of MN Chinese Kung Fu Club for 13 years and was awarded "Instructor of the Year" by the U of M Recreational Sports Department.
